Painting Perspectives 2 Day Workshop - Session 2

2 DAY WORKSHOP: ‘Painting Perspectives’

For: all levels

TUTOR: Sadie James

DATE: Saturday 17th & Sunday 25th MAY 2025

TIME: 10am - 2pm

COST: $96 Members, $136 non members

This workshop is run over two linked sessions focused on creating a diptych painting using acrylic on canvas. A diptych is described as two panels presented side by side and often depict related images or scenes. For our inspiration we will be working from two opposing perspectives of the Ningaloo. One being the aerial views of reef and range, the other macro closeups to include coral forms, fish patterns or rock formations.

The theme of the workshop has been planned to align with this year’s Art Quest 2025 competition and exhibition, which is ‘Connections’. The two paintings will be perfect to submit to the competition later in the year, or even kick start some ideas of your own!

  • Limited to 15 participants 18+

  • Light refreshments provided
